We’re Changing How People Talk About Growth
Feedback Forward Ltd was founded on a simple belief: honest conversations don’t have to be uncomfortable. We’ve spent years developing practical methods that help teams and individuals give feedback that’s kind, specific, and genuinely useful.
How It Started
The story behind Feedback Forward Ltd isn’t complicated, but it’s real.
We started because we noticed a pattern. People in workplaces across Ireland were struggling with feedback — both giving it and receiving it. Managers avoided difficult conversations. Team members took criticism personally. Defensiveness became the default response. And everyone lost out because growth stopped happening.
What we found was that the problem wasn’t people being unwilling to improve. It was that nobody had shown them how to separate behaviour from identity, how to listen without getting defensive, or how to deliver feedback that actually lands with kindness and clarity. So we built that.
We started running small workshops in Dublin. Then Cork. Then across Ireland. Thousands of people later, we’re still doing the same thing: teaching people how to have conversations that build trust instead of damage it. We use role-play, we create safe spaces for practice, and we don’t move on until people genuinely understand the difference between “you made a mistake” and “you are a mistake.”
Three Pillars of Our Approach
We don’t believe in generic training. Every course we run at Feedback Forward Ltd is built around these core principles.
Learn the Framework
You’ll master specific, actionable feedback techniques. Not theory. Real methods you’ll use immediately — in meetings, one-on-ones, team discussions.
Practice in Safe Spaces
Role-play isn’t embarrassing when it’s done right. We create workshop environments where you can stumble, learn, and try again without real-world consequences.
Build Lasting Habits
Change sticks when you practice regularly. We help you establish feedback rhythms in your team so growth becomes part of how you work together.
What We Actually Believe
These aren’t mission statements. They’re commitments we live by in every course we deliver.
Behaviour Isn’t Identity
This is the foundation. You can critique someone’s actions without attacking who they are. That distinction changes everything about how people receive feedback.
Specificity Matters
“You did great” doesn’t help anyone improve. Neither does “you need to get better.” Specific, actionable feedback is kind feedback. We’re obsessed with that clarity.
Everyone Can Learn This
You don’t need to be naturally good at feedback conversations. This is a skill. Skills develop with practice. We’ve trained thousands who started uncomfortable — now they’re leading better teams.
Growth Is Mutual
Regular feedback exchanges aren’t just for performance management. They’re how teams actually develop together. When it’s done right, everyone grows.
Real Results From Real People
We’ve been running feedback skills courses since 2018. Here’s what’s happened since then.

What Sets Feedback Forward Ltd Apart
We’re not a generic training provider. Everything we do is focused on one thing: making feedback conversations actually work.
Practical, Not Theoretical
We don’t spend time on frameworks that don’t apply to real life. Every technique we teach gets tested in our role-play sessions. If it doesn’t work in practice, it doesn’t go in the course.
Small Group Focus
We keep workshop groups small because feedback skills need practice and personalised guidance. You’re not watching from the back of a 200-person room.
Ireland-Based Expertise
We’ve been running courses right here in Ireland since 2018. We understand Irish workplace culture, communication styles, and what actually resonates with teams across the country.
Important Information
Our feedback skills courses are designed for educational and personal development purposes. We provide frameworks, techniques, and practice environments to help you develop communication skills. Individual outcomes depend on your engagement level, prior experience, and how consistently you apply what you’ve learned. We share real experiences from people who’ve attended our workshops, but these represent individual results. Success in building better feedback conversations requires ongoing practice and commitment. We recommend seeking additional professional guidance where specific workplace situations require it.
